- What is at least one of your reasons/goals for joining the board? (feel free to elaborate)
I joined the board 5+ years ago because I thought it would be a good way give back and also to learn. Volunteer organizations always need volunteers. I did not have any expectations other than to help out and to learn more about the business end of photography.
I found my “voice” at the table and came to realize that there were ways that I could contribute to running the chapter. I served as Treasurer and am now President. I'd like to see our membership increase and I want us to offer unique programming to our members.
- What's your dream photo assignment?
Anything to do with sailing and being on the water. A week or month on Block Island shooting the island and Race Week would make me happy. Seeing a check at the end of the shoot would make me even happier!.
- Describe your ideal taco.
It’s a fish taco from some road side stop in Napa Valley…and I cannot remember the name of the place. However if you are bringing back something for me, keep it on the mild side – not hot/spicy.
