CTASMP member Frank LoGiudice honored with multiple CSPJ awards

Middletwon photographer and CTASMP member Frank LoGiudice recently was presented with a host of photography awards by the Connecticut Society of Professional Journalists at its annual awards dinner on Thursday, May 22, 2008, in North Haven.

LoGiudice won a First Place award for a sports photo titlled Lady Blue Devils Drop 2, followed by two second place awards -- one for a sports photo titled CRHS Freshmen Basketball, and the second for a news photo titled Penguins From Vinal High School. He also earned an Honorable Mention Award for a sports photo titled Charlie Larsen of Durham Prepares To Throw The Shot-Put. LoGiudice’s photos appeared in the Town Times newspaper of Durham & Middlefield in 2007.

LoGiudice is a 2006 graduate of the Paier College of Art in Hamden, Connecticut and serves as the photographer/publicity director for the Greater Middletown Special Olympics as well as the Middletown Penguin Plunge Committee hosted by the Middletown Polish Falcons-Nest 519.
